The consultant is required to:

•Complete the Cheshire site Scope (document describing the infrastructure works to be constructed, this includes a series of specifications and construction drawings)
•Develop the procurement cost model
•Respond to technical queries/clarifications during the procurement process
•Facilitate discharge of planning conditions
•Provide the Principal Designer role prior to start on site and during construction and responding to any technical queries/clarifications.
•Attendance at progress and board meetings
•Environmental: ecological visits prior to construction works; review of CEMP; Project Ecologist during construction.
•Complete the health and safety and Operation and Maintenance manuals post completion of the construction works in collaboration with the Principal Contractor.
