3. Explanation
The contract has been awarded under regulation 32 (b). Provision of Goods and Services must be provided by an approved, UK security certified supplier. The Supplier is already working on the STFC site, are security approved, vetted and delivering the site-wide approved network uplift, into which the Secure Network must be configured and operate securely.
