Description: Provision of an evaluation support package to ensure the stage 1 applicant community for Opening up the Environment programme are provided with the required support to best deliver on the outcomes of the funding opportunity. This support package will be best delivered by a specialist external provider, due to skills, capacity, and resourcing within NERC.
