The Contracting Authority has a requirement to add an additional party to provide consultancy days over the remaining term of the existing contract of cloud transformation, in line with the existing provision of the contract.

The Contracting Authority has a requirement to add an additional party to provide consultancy days over the remaining term of the existing contract of cloud transformation, in line with the existing provision of the contract. To procure a new contractor to deliver the additional requirement would result in duplication of costs and possibly a different solution to that being provided.
