          The Contract was awarded following a Direct Award procedure without prior publication, in accordance with regulation 32 (b) (ii)of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 - competition is absent for technical reasons,. the workshop is being arranged in partnership with the USA national science foundation (NSF) with events happening in Washington and in the UK, there will be an in person experts meeting at both locations with a real time overlap to share ideas and results.
