      II.2.4) Description of the procurement: The Central Laser Facility (CLF) based at Rutherford Appleton Laboratory in Harwell, Oxfordshire is preparing major upgrade of its ultrafast laser facilities, in a project called HiLUX. As part of this upgrade project, the CLF requires a high average power ultrafast laser system for applications of extreme ultraviolet radiation.
